If I could give 10 stars I would! The team is amazing - previously they have changed my hot water tank, come within an hour to fix a horrific sewer issue, and came yesterday to repair a broken main water valve. I never feel like I am ignored for a small job - they always show up, everyone is friendly and kind, and the job is completed quickly. I highly recommend them!

Craig was awesome! Even from the first phone call he was very personable and was able to make the service call within a couple days. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about fixing our water softener and then gave us advice about repairing a leaky faucet. He worked in a timely manner and was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Craig at Kobau plumbing to my friends and family! 😁

The lads from Kobau quickly identified , addressed and resolved my plumbing issues. The crew was very respectful and courteous. Will definitely be contacting them again for any plumbing problems. Totally satisfied!

Quick response (same day). We had a leaking TNP valve on newer hot water tank. Provided great follow up to let us know when to expect the plumber. I was able to ask questions about our well system and water softener. Had a great conversation including science behind each unit. Thank you! Kind and professional staff.

I'm giving the above rating because although the initial contact was great there was no follow up text or call to my inquiry as to when Craig could come out to fix my hot water tank. I get it that trades people are busy, but a simple text or follow up call would have been very appreciated. I'm now left with trying to find another plumber!
