I wanted to take a moment to say how impressed I was with Kobau’s service. Declan answered all my phone calls and questions. He provided an estimate quickly, went out of his way to stop by to confirm the needs of the job. He showed up early for the scheduled appointment, was friendly, respectful, and professional. Craig came by on his day off to assist with moving the old hot water tank and new hot water tank out & into a very cramped space. During which they were very careful to not damage our property. They were accommodating, quick and efficient. And the invoice was as per estimate. Super thankful for their service.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The team is amazing - previously they have changed my hot water tank, come within an hour to fix a horrific sewer issue, and came yesterday to repair a broken main water valve. I never feel like I am ignored for a small job - they always show up, everyone is friendly and kind, and the job is completed quickly. I highly recommend them!

Craig was awesome! Even from the first phone call he was very personable and was able to make the service call within a couple days. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable about fixing our water softener and then gave us advice about repairing a leaky faucet. He worked in a timely manner and was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend Craig at Kobau plumbing to my friends and family! 😁
