I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with Lindsey at Andrew Sheret Penticton. This review does not apply to her professionalism.
Not expecting any remorse from the salesperson "Matthew F" (noted on my invoice), but feeling the need to point out the complete lack of professionalism by him in this purchase.
I called on a Wednesday desperately troubleshooting our pump so that we could use our commercial dishwasher again. "Matthew F" looked it up and said the part i asked for was $37.04 and would arrive in 1-2 days. My team was having to wash every dish by hand, so I came in and paid for the part as soon as I could that afternoon to initiate the order (which ended up being $49.54 before tax, not what he quoted).
Assuming 1-2 days meant the part was coming from Vancouver or Calgary, I waited for the call Thursday and Friday that it had arrived, and followed up by phone on Monday. Another salesperson informed me that the part had to be shipped from New York so it was definitely not a 1-2 day shipment. When Matthew called 10 days after I had paid for the non-refundable part to inform me that it had arrived, I explained the above and that I had to find another solution in the meantime.
I didn't mishear him, he made a mistake in giving me the timeline (not to mention the price), then offered zero remorse or apology.
When I asked on the 21st that he call the supplier and see if I can instead just pay the restocking fee for the part I no longer needed, I didn't hear back until the 27th from another salesperson that the shipping and fees would cost more than the part.
So Matthew, you gaslighted me about the ETA that you gave me, then tried to pull of the quietest "sorry this didn't work out for you" when I picked it up. It didn't work out for me because of your incompetence, and I've named you in this review because of your overall smugness when I explained your mistake.
I've learned from being self employed for 11 years that there's more to sales then just getting a sale.

The best service!!! Trista is SO, SO, SO incredibly helpful!!! And, the showroom is great - it sparkles almost like a jewelry store. We can hardly wait to see the products in place. We picked simple products but one could go really crazy picking out some beautiful products. Check it out. You will be glad you did.

Drew at the Penticton branch always provides excellent service and advice. His knowledge of the product and installation of product is outstanding. He is an absolute asset to Andrew Sherets and its costumers. Two thumbs up! Keep up the great work Drew.

I found myself in a confusing situation where I was uncertain what parts I needed to install my new pool pump properly. I walked in there with a bunch of random photographs and drawings, with no idea what to do. I left with the right parts and managed to fix the pool. Without their help - and a special shout out to Melissa, you are awesome! - I would have had to hire an expensive professional to install the pool pump. I highly recommend their services.
